All sales are final. We do not offer a refund once your order is placed, but we do offer a replacement for damaged or defective products. Replacement is only allowed for the exact item ordered.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A REPLACEMENT :
Send a photo of the defected item / wrong item to contact@nailsmith.co with the title "REPLACEMENT - (Your order number)" (please provide your order number for a quicker response!)
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please be reminded that we only allow no more than one replacement attempt.
Return your item via courier service (Address will be sent through email after getting approval for replacement)
Customers will get free shipping on your next purchase as a form of repayment for shipping costs made due to the replacement.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically send the corrected item based on your original receipt.
Take note: To be eligible for a replacement, the item(s) must be unused and in the kit along with everything that it came with. Replacement request must be made within 48 hours upon receiving your parcel.
